Project Description: Intersection improvements at Harvest Road, McKee Road, and Old Railroad Bed in Madison County, Alabama. The project will construct northbound and southbound left turn lanes on Highway 53 at the intersections mentioned above. Local road left turn lanes will be considered during preliminary engineering as the budget allows. Advanced warning signs, increased clear zones, and new traffic signals will supplement the turn lanes.
