Project Description: The Mosby Bridge Street Apartments is an upscale 290-unit complex on the edge of Bridge Street Towne Centre. This community helped to further expand Bridge Street’s horizon beyond retail, cinema, hospitality and dining. Amenities included are a two-story clubhouse, pet park and spa, EV charging stations, resort-style pool, fitness center, detached garages and storage units. Residents have the convenient advantage of being within walking-distance of everything on the property and have premium access to Research Park Boulevard and I-565.
GTEC Services: GTEC provided engineering and numerous types of materials testing and inspection services during the project’s construction phase. GTEC provided on-site observations of all earthwork that initially took place for foundation preparation. GTEC then established an on-site laboratory to provide a cost-effective and time-efficient materials testing program. Some of the services provided by GTEC at the Mosby site include:
