Project Description: The Dean at Chase Creek is comprised of 10 buildings/336 apartments and is located just minutes from downtown Huntsville. This complex allows for easy access to Highway 72 and is convenient to food, grocery and gasoline. Structures on the property include a clubhouse, swimming pool, fitness center, garages and a bark park with spa.
GTEC Services: GTEC provided engineering and numerous types of materials testing and inspection services during the project’s construction phase. GTEC provided on-site observations of all earthwork that initially took place for foundation preparation. GTEC then utilized our Huntsville laboratory to provide a cost-effective and time-efficient materials testing program. Some of the services that were provided by GTEC include:
